| This Shih Tzu puppy to the best of seller's knowledge is in sound health and free of communicable diseases. Their may be an occasional umbilical hernia which is common in puppies. All puppies will be examined before being shipped out. If Dr. Hall feels that surgery will not be required and that quality of life will not be compromised, this does not fall under the replacement guarantee. My puppies are usually sold limited registration, so a small hernia should not be significant. A one year Replacement Guarantee is given on any condition that causes a significant decrease in quality of life or causes your pup to expire; which dates from the prenatal stage only. A veterinarian statement with his findings will be required stating that it was definitely caused from the prenatal state or via autopsy if the pup is deceased. Buyers outside of Alabama must send a copy of the Vets report by registered mail. Sellers veterinarian will confirm diagnosis. Guarantee will consist of a puppy replacement of the same gender from the next available litter. Replacement Guarantee will be terminated if puppy was abused, does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records. Seller of this puppy is not responsible for any vet bills of any type or any refunds of vet bills. This is a replacement guarantee only. Shipping is at buyers expense. For replacement of live puppy, original puppy must be returned. Shipping is at buyers expense. No money refunded Adult sizes are an estimate only, based on sellers experience and recognition. No guarantees are made. We do not guarantee suitability for breeding purposes. Seller is not responsible for bitches or sire's ability to breed or the quality of pups or litter size. It is the buyer's sole responsibility for bills incurred from breeding your dog. We hold puppy only until date agreed upon. After 30 days (boarding of 5.00 per day plus medical and grooming will be charged) if the puppy is not picked up it will be placed in a suitable home, NO REFUNDS. All puppies are sold Limited Registration unless otherwise stated. No refunds for buyers remorse. This constitutes the full agreement between the seller and buyer of this puppy. |
